The Landlord Housing makes the rental process easier by eliminating the old 100 points check system. Flexible contracts.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months. For international students arriving in Melbourne, we provide a special 30-day accommodation option. This is designed to give you a convenient starting point in your new city, allowing you to settle in without the stress of immediately finding long-term housing.

Cheaper bond, rent paid every 2 weeks.

We understand that moving can be expensive, so we've made sure our upfront costs are as low as possible. The Landlord only requires a two-week bond, and rent is paid every two weeks, making it easier to manage your budget.

Furniture, appliances, and utilities are ready!

Our properties are fully furnished and ready for you to move in. This means you won’t need to buy furniture or major household items. Just bring your personal items like bed linen and towels. Electricity, water, gas, and unlimited internet are all connected. With The Landlord Housing, you can settle into your new home with ease and comfort.
