The apartment is fully furnished. Ambed and mattress is included, bedside drawer, desk, chair, llamp, pot plants, vacuum, iron, hairdryer, heater, clothes hangers, all cutlery / utensils, mirrors, clocks, and more. Ready to move it, all included for free! You also have the option of nominating what you want included or removed, free of charge (if you prefer to take up vacant possession and use your own furniture).

- Weekly Rent: $395 per week rent plus $35 per week for bills and furniture totalling $430pw ($1,875.00 billed per calendar month) for single occupancy. Add $25 per week extra for dual occupancy.

- Optional: Add Car Park space at $40 per week ($175.00 billed per calendar month + $250 bond).

- Bond: $1,875.00

Rent paid monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.

Bills included in the weekly rent: Hot & Cold Water, Gas Supply, Council Rates, Building Insurance, Common Area Electricity, Rubbish, Recycle Refuse, Hard Bulk Waste, are included (all other utilities such as electricity, internet, and contents insurance, are renters responsibility).

- Available to move in immediately. Fixed period term for 12 months until 31st January 2026 or 24 months until 31st January 2026. Other term lengths (for example: shorter vacation stays) are not considered.
